Accessible

Being accessible is more than just responding quickly when a client calls
WHY-Accessible-1100x1100
Being accessible is critical to successful communication in an attorney/client relationship. It is more than just responding quickly when a client calls. It means being friendly, easy to talk to, approachable. Talking to a lawyer should not be something you fear or are reluctant to do. It should be as easy as talking with a friend.
Being accessible means being there to answer questions. It means getting back with you quickly when you have a pressing concern. It means providing you with multiple ways to get in touch including cell phone and email. And, it means making sure that you feel that you have been well served.
